Carefully repackage your furniture in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will arrange a professional courier pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
